You do not need an account to use this directory. Search and filter choices may appear in the page address and your browser history. Avoid putting private health information in a search.
Listing updates
When you submit the listing form, the information you enter is sent to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. We use your contact name and email only to follow up about the resource submission. Please do not submit private health information, treatment records, or details about a specific person receiving services.
FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Its privacy terms also apply.
External services
Provider websites, map links, social media, and crisis chat services have their own privacy policies. The homepage photograph loads from Unsplash, which receives the image request. Website hosting may also involve technical access logs.
